How do I return?

If you wish to exchange for a different size, or are not satisfied with your items, you have 30 days to return them to us.

All you have to do is follow these 5 steps:

  1. Scan the QR code found on the accompanying delivery note. You can also follow this link: Create Return Label

  2. Enter Order number + Postal code (must match as written on the order)

  3. Select products for return + fill in the reason as well as action and shipping information.

  4. Press "Finish & get return label". A new tab will then open with a return label which can be printed. Some freight forwarders offer printing when handing in the package to the parcel shop.

  5. Place the goods in the package's original packaging, put the return label on the closed package, and hand in the package to your nearest parcel shop or post office.

When we receive the package in our warehouse, we carry out the requested action, and you either get your goods exchanged or get your money back.

It hardly gets any easier.

How long will it take?

We handle exchanges/returns at least once a week, which is why it takes a maximum of one week from when we receive your return package until the action has been carried out.

When will I get my money back if I regret my purchase?

If you regret your purchase and send the goods back to us, you will of course get your money back.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 7 days from the day on which we have received your message that you want to cancel your purchase.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase. We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

Exchange of Items Purchased in EU

Return Shipping

When exchanging a product for a different model, size, etc., the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs to Molecule Clothing.

Exchange of Items Purchased in Other Countries

Handling Fee

A €8 handling fee is applied to cover expenses related to handling, tax, and duty from customs authorities.

Shipping Fee

A fee of €10 will be deducted from the purchase amount. This fee covers the costs associated with shipping the product back to Denmark. If you decide to choose your own shipping method. This will not be charged.

Return Shipping

For international exchanges, the buyer pays for the return shipping to Molecule Clothing.

Order Cancellation

Upon receiving the returned item, the original order will be canceled, and the purchase amount, minus the original shipping costs and handling fee, will be refunded to the buyer's account.

New Purchase Requirement

The buyer must then place a new order for the desired item and cover the shipping costs for the new purchase. 

Right of Withdrawal

30-Day Return Policy

You have a full 30-day right of return or cancellation (unless stated otherwise under special offers, such as Christmas sales, which may have an extended return period).

Cancellation Period

The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you ordered multiple items in one order but they were delivered individually, the deadline begins from the day you receive the last item.

Notification of Cancellation

To cancel your purchase, notify us within the 30-day period.

Refusal of Delivery

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the delivery without 
informing us at the same time. 

Cancellation of Part of the Purchase

Partial Returns

If you purchased multiple items, you can return one or more of them, even if they were part of a single order. However, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded if you only cancel part of your purchase.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You can purchase a parcel label for €10 using the provided QR-code.

Liability for Damage

The buyer is liable for any damage that occurs during the return shipment.

After we receive and approve the returned item, the purchase will be handled within a few days.

we recommend using a service with a track and trace option to ensure we receive your parcel.

Important Notes

Return Documentation

When returning an item, include a handwritten note or delivery note/invoice with the following information, if you decide not to use our QR-code from your order note:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Details of the exchange or return request

Condition of the Item

If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, and it has lost value, only a portion of the purchase amount will be refunded. The deduction will reflect the item's reduced commercial value. 
Refund of the Purchase Amount

Refund Conditions

If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the returned item is impaired, the amount of impairment will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you provide proof of return.
