Return & Refund Policy EU

Thank you for choosing Molecule Clothing! By Molecule, we take great pride in ensuring that you, as our customer, feel that you receive the necessary information before your purchase, and that the product you receive is in accordance with your order and of high quality.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and you will get your money back, as long as the product has not suffered damage or lost value and as long as you return the product within the 30-day return period (unless another period is stated at the time of sale).

If you unexpectedly receive a defective product, please contact our support immediately. Our support will then help you create a complaint so that you can have the product exchanged or otherwise be reimbursed.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Please include the original order confirmation or packing slip when returning an item.

How to start a return

• Pack your products neatly with the hang tag facing up, and return them in the clear plastic bag you received them in.
• Fill out the return form that you received with your order. If missing, find it under FAQ.
• Place the products and return form in the original shipping bag or box. You can also use your own packaging.
• Attach the return label received with your order on the return package.
• Drop off your package at your local UPS/GLS shop or use your own shipping service.

Shipping costs for returns

When returning within the EU, a €15 shipping cost is deducted from your refund. If you use your own shipping service, you cover the costs, but the €15 deduction does not apply.

Refund process

Once your return is received, you will be notified. Returns are processed within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-refundable items

• Gift cards are not refundable.
• Returns are rejected if returned after the 30-day period or if the items are used, damaged, or have lost value.

Complaint / Claim

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@molecule.dk with details and pictures. We will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
